The Village of Haverstraw is seeking proposals from qualified Technical Consultants to provide  services in conjunction with a recently awarded grant through the New York State Downtown  Revitalization Initiative (DRI) for the improvement and renovation of multiple building facades  throughout the Village’s downtown area. Minority and women-owned businesses are strongly  encouraged to respond.
