Owen Brothers is a landscape design firm based in Baiting Hollow, NY. We work on the North Fork, Shelter Island & the Hamptons.  Our work celebrates native and natural systems while also retaining a focus on design excellence. We are looking to add a full-time, seasoned Lead/Sr. Landscape Architect to our team.  The candidate should be articulate, passionate and focused on team work and shared goals and deadlines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Assisting with all phases and aspects of design work, beginning with schematic design presentations through construction documents and producing detailed construction drawings.

• • Ability to assist in field measurements, site work, including meeting contractors, directing crew, discussing design goals with customers.

• • Ordering materials & scheduling deliveries, preparing RFP, request for pricing, documents using excel, analyze and compare bids, follow up with contractors.
  • Expected to operate independently as well as participating in collaborative design process with owner and GM/Arborist.
