Deborah Nevins & Associates is hiring. The candidate hired for this position will be involved in all aspects of project development and design, including preparation of presentation materials, schematic design, construction documents (including hardscape and planting plans), construction observation, and project administration. The position entails nursery visits to tag plant material and onsite interaction with clients and collaborating architects.

Deborah Nevins & Associates was founded over 30 years ago in New York City. Known for its collaborations with some of the world’s leading architects on exceptional projects throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean, DNA specializes in high-end garden and landscape design for residential projects and major cultural institutions. Recent projects include the campus expansion of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, with Steven Holl Architects, and large estates in the United States. In 2016 we completed the 40-acre park for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens, with Renzo Piano Building Workshop, an eight-year project, and are currently working on another project with RPBW.

We are looking for candidates who:

• • Have outstanding design and presentation skills, and excellent written communication and organizational skills
    Are proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• • Can skillfully organize multiple projects and deadline

• • Would enjoy working closely with a small team

• • Have a degree in landscape architecture (BLA or MLA)

• • Have a minimum of two and maximum of six years’ experience in landscape design/architecture office
