Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of complex and highly visible park-playground construction projects.
    • Coordinate significant aspects of phasing and scheduling, project planning, design and construction.
    • Establish and execute strategies to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
    • Document project development, from concept design through fulfillment.
    • Create and manage project budgets and cash flows.
    • Manage communication between our project team and all project players: clients, design partners (Richter in Germany and landscape architects), code consultants, contractors, construction managers/superintendents, and, where applicable, engineers.
    • Implement strategies to meet workload demands on time.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a project manager in one or more construction- or design-related fields.
    • Active experience working on all phases of the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
    • Proven budgeting and performance management skills.
    • Proficiency in project software including MS Office, CAD, and Bluebeam – a must! Capabilities in Twin Motion, Adobe Design Suite, and CRM software – a plus!
    • This job is open to candidates living in the Tri-state area only (NY-NJ-CT)
