APE Studio Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking to employ a manager with hand-on experience and outstanding technical knowledge. A strong candidate will have fantastic organizational and time-management skills and a love of tinkering, noodling, and complex problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate regularly with owners and/or facilities managers of executed projects to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
    • Collaborate with our international partner, Richter Spielgeräte, and technical team to create and manage a maintenance protocol for all executed projects
    • Facilitate discussions to develop technical solutions for warranty items.
    • Schedule and coordinate repair work and regular maintenance reviews to be performed by our maintenance team partners.
    • Coordinate orders for spare and replacement parts and stock as needed.
    • Document and maintain records of repair and maintenance work.
    • Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.


Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Strong knowledge of building trades and procedures
    • Demonstrated ability to meet workload demands on time
    • Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Capabilities in MS Teams, CRM systems, and related communication tools – a must! Ability to work with CAD, Bluebeam, and related design software – a plus!
    • This job is open to candidates living in the Tri-state area only.
