Join ASLA-NY and Urban Sketcher’s Richard Alomar for an instructional sketch tour of South Harlem. We’ll begin at Frederick Douglass Circle and loop through south Harlem with stops in Central Park, Duke Ellington Circle, Marcus Garvey Park and ending in the heart of Harlem, the Apollo Theater. We will be stopping for lunch at Marcus Garvey Park where the Mount Morris Fire watchtower, the last surviving NYC fire watchtower, recently completed renovation.
