Join staff and partners of the New York Restoration Project (NYRP) on a tour of Living Shoreline at Sherman Creek Park. Learn about NYRP’s multi-year effort to protect and enlarge the only remaining salt marsh environment in Manhattan that predates European settlement. NYRP project staff and partners will discuss the site context and past restoration efforts, the design and implementation process, and on-going adaptive management and scientific research.
