The Connecticut Chapter of ASLA will be hosting the 2024 Residential Design Expo on September 12 in central CT. “Back to the Business of Landscape Architecture” is the theme of ASLA Connecticut’s 2024 Residential Design Expo (back from a long COVID vacation!), taking place September 12 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT. This year’s conference will be focused on helping residential landscape architectural practitioners and firms become more successful. Sessions will cover business management practices such as starting a firm, contract writing, staffing, and succession plans; small business promotion, including social media and newer strategies; networking for the design professional; career advancement tips for younger professionals; and more.
