The ASLA-NY Plant Research Group is for professionals to collectively expand and share our knowledge of urban plants. This month’s walk will explore the gardens and meadows of Governor’s Island and will be led by Molly Bourne, MNLA principal.
The research group, co-led by Wendy Andringa, Nancy Seaton, Morgan Mangelsen, and Michael Spina, meets for walks at different locations in NYC. The group is open to both members and non-members who are interested in expanding their knowledge and awareness of plant systems in the profession of landscape architecture. If interested in the event, please email wendy.aslany@gmail.com to be added to the research
google group, where we can share a link with you to sign-up for the walk. The walk is limited to 20 participants.
