About the Project:
The Morgan North 2-acre landscape is integral to the 1933 building’s adaptive reuse into a reimagined 21st century work environment. Set on the 7th floor of the City’s largest postal distribution center, a variety of outdoor workspaces and event space are defined within an all-encompassing Hudson River Valley inspired landscape haven.
