About the Project:
A bold effort in inclusive design, Marsha P Johnson State Park is a perennial-rich environment that celebrates an LGBTQ+ leader of color, captures stormwater, and welcomes all people to the Brooklyn shore. Designed in extensive community workshops led by NYS Parks and Starr Whitehouse with stormwater and engineering by NV5.
