About the Project:

Embedded within three commercial towers, this shared ninth floor landscape “Commons” binds the buildings has evolved into the working community’s heart and soul. Visible from above and equally physically accessible, its central podium landscape has emerged as the development’s identity. Designed to foster community spirit, the Commons functions as a traditional town green. The idiom “tower-in-the-park” has been reimaged with its variety of productive exterior office workspaces organized within an undulating woodland garden. To inspire habitual and year-round occupation, flexibility and comfort has been built-into places for peaceful retreats, group meetings, and large social gathering receptions.
