Baychester Houses is a New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) campus originally built in the 1960’s. In 2019, the site received design renovation funding through NYCHA’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program. Landscape scope included reimagining and upgrading walkways, playgrounds, basketball courts, social gathering sites, and entrances around the eleven residential buildings across the 8.27-acre site.
